Shipping & Returns Policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, with most packages generally shipping within 5–7 business days. Please note that we operate on a prepaid-only basis; all orders must be fully paid at checkout before they can be processed and dispatched for delivery.

Regarding returns, we only accept items if the product is faulty or if the size is wrong. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the size you selected, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or a refund.
